1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using CodeVista's website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

CodeVista provides digital marketing services including but not limited to:

  • Website Design and Development
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
  • Google Ads Management (PPC)
  • Social Media Marketing
  • Content Marketing
  • Creative and Branding Services

3. Service Agreement

All services are provided subject to a separate service agreement or proposal. The specific terms, deliverables, timelines, and pricing will be outlined in individual contracts or proposals.

4. Payment Terms

  • Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement
  • Subscription plans require monthly payment in advance
  • Late payments may result in service suspension
  • All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise stated
  • Ad spend for Google Ads and social media campaigns is separate from management fees

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Respond to requests for information in a timely manner
  • Provide necessary access to accounts and platforms
  • Review and approve deliverables within agreed timeframes
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom work created specifically for them. CodeVista retains the right to showcase work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing. Pre-existing materials and tools remain the property of CodeVista.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of the business relationship.

8. Service Modifications

CodeVista reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes affecting active clients.

9. Limitation of Liability

CodeVista will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

10. Performance Disclaimer

While we strive for excellent results, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as search engine rankings, traffic volumes, or conversion rates. Digital marketing results depend on many factors beyond our control.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in the service agreement. Subscription services typically require 30 days notice. Clients remain responsible for payment of services rendered up to the termination date.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with UAE law.

13. Changes to Terms

CodeVista reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
